From day one we want you to feel safe and enjoy coming to work so you no longer get that Monday morning feeling! You will have a ‘buddy’ to show you the ropes and a ‘mentor’ to help develop you. Our people stay with us long-term and bring on friends to join us too. Not only are we part of the Working Mums Charter, but we are also in the Guardian’s Top 100 Great Places to Work and ranked 7th in the UK’s Best Places to Work for Women. What do our people think?

I can honestly say that AVRillo is truly a welcoming and amazing firm to work, they put their employees at the heart and view them as family. Tony and Angelo both invested their time from the beginning to train all employees to be the best they can be. It’s a pleasure coming into work every day where the energy is high, even on a Monday morning! Luxna Sriskanda

I can see why their teaching is award-winning, it’s truly amazing, I remember learning more in my first few months, than the previous 5 years as lawyer in all my previous firms!!! No one ever took the time to train as Tony and Angelo do. I feel like a better conveyancer. My clients and agents happier, and I am pushing my cases faster! I have grown SOOOOO much since being here!!! I do feel a lot more confident and I value myself so much more than I did before. There is a reason why AVRillo are flying and other companies are not!! Thank you again for making this possible. Victoria Nankiwell-Long
