  Buyer only. You are required by UK law to provide sufficient evidence to your solicitor to show where your source of money is coming from. It's a criminal offence to proceed without completing this form.

  To be completed by the Seller only. It’s a form must complete at the beginning and send to your solicitor.

• TA10 – Fixtures, Fittings and Contents Form

  To be completed by the Seller only. The buyer's solicitor need you to insert what items you will be taking with you.

• TA7 – Sellers Leasehold Information Property Form

  To be completed by the Seller only. This only applies if you are selling a leasehold property.

• TA13 – Completion Form & Requisitions

  Your solicitors will prepare this for you. It sets out information needed before you can complete.

• TR1 – Transfer of Whole Registered Titles

  Signed by both buyer and seller, it’s the legal transfer document of the property. If not done you fail to move.

• Contract of Sale & Law Society

  This is the contract of sale for the property to the buyer.

• ID3 Identification Declaration

  All buyers and sellers must provide ID evidence in accordance with government rules.
